Our bodies are built to move. Several studies show how flexible and adaptable the body is if it has the opportunity to move often and naturally. When we become sedentary or move in an unnatural way, problems can arise. By problems we mean both subtle or obvious stiffness and pain. For the vast majority of us, it is about using our body, or parts of the body, as we should. And in this way increase our well-being and health.
