Aranya – Tikki's most popular children's barefoot sandal.

Healthy, natural footwear is Tikki's primary goal in their production. Thin, wide and flexible for and giving feet and toes the freedom to grow and move as they can and should.

Really good sandals for children with slightly higher insteps or thicker feet, as the sandal's volume provides plenty of room. Vegetable tanned leather and chromium-free lining on the inside ensure that no materials or chemicals are drawn into the skin.

The soles, from Vibram, are 4mm thin, really flexible, and do exactly what they are supposed to do, protect the feet.

The sandals are easy to put on, airy and comfortable. Handmade in Romania, and meets all EU standards in relation to working conditions.

The sandals meet all our standards regarding barefoot shoes:

1. ZERO DROP - The shoes are completely flat, i.e. the heel and the toes are at the same level, so that we do not have to compensate for our balance by bending the back.

2. FLEXIBLE -They are very flexible, which allows the feet to move without any obstacles or restrictions, which emphasizes muscle building.

3. THIN SOLES - The thinner the soles are, the more information the peripheral nervous system can supplement with, so that we always know what we are stepping on, how we are stepping, and how we can correct ourselves in order to stand as best as possible on the surface we are standing on.

4. WIDE TOE BOX - Lots of room for the toes. The toes can then spread and provide a better weight distribution. In addition, the role of the big toe is quite important, as it is the point on which we set off while walking, so that the big toe must be able to carry and handle all our weight.
