We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on one pair of Vivobarefoot shoes per customer. We want you to be satisfied with your shoes, and with Vivobarefoot we can offer this extra guarantee. 🎉

So even if you have worn the shoes, we can exchange them for another pair, or you can get your money back.

Create your guarantee claim in the form at the bottom of the page. You are also welcome to visit our Vivobarefoot Concept Store.

How it works

1. Find your order. Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with.
2. Select the shoes. You select the pair the claim concerns.
3. Describe the shoes. You choose whether you want to exchange or get your money back, and upload photos of the shoes as they look now.
4. You will receive an email with your reference and a link to create a return label.
5. Send the shoes to us, or drop them off in one of our stores.
6. We will process the claim once the shoes have arrived, and reply by email.

All communication about the claim takes place in that email thread, so you can always simply reply to the email.

Please describe in detail how you found the shoes. We are always interested in hearing and understanding what you are dissatisfied with.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies to one pair of Vivobarefoot shoes per customer and can be used once.
• You must create the claim within 100 days of your purchase date.
• The shoes must be cleaned before you send them.
• We need photos of the shoes when you create the claim.
• You pay the return postage. If you drop off the shoes in one of our stores, it costs nothing.
• You choose whether you want to exchange for another pair or get your money back.
