Delivery, return and exchange
Delivery
We do our best to ship daily. If there are several products in the order, it may take a little longer, as we collect the order from different locations.
We send with GLS to your nearest parcel shop or to a private address.
We do not take responsibility for packages that are lost during transport after being handed over to the shipping company. If a package is delayed or goes missing during shipping, send us an email at support@maerkbare.dk and we will do our best to help.
Return
You have 14 days of full right of return - also for purchases in one of our stores.You can always drop by one of our stores to return — even if the items were purchased online.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to return. Your order will always include a note explaining the return procedure. The procedure may differ depending on your location. In all orders to Denmark, you will be able to find a return slip and return label in your order. You should be aware that as a starting point (see section on free returns for exchanges) it costs DKK 39 (DKK 100 from Sweden) to use our return label . The amount is deducted from the refunded amount when we receive the package.
A typical return involves the following:
- Complete the return slip with the reason for return for the relevant products.
- Pack the goods securely.
- Stick the attached return label on the package.
- Hand in the parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
Free return for exchange
We offer to pay the 39 DKK (100 DKK for Sweden) for return shipping when exchanging. All you have to do is place a new order before returning. The new order number must be written on the return slip so we know you have placed a new order.
Please note that this only applies when using the attached return label, and that any shipping costs on the new order are NOT free.
ATTENTION! Does not apply to international returns.
Notes about returns
To get the full amount refunded, products must be returned in original packaging including any labels. Products must be used as you would when you try them on in the store.
When products are returned, they must be properly packed. If necessary, reuse the packaging in which you received the goods. Shoe boxes must also be packed.
If you do not use the attached return label, we can only guarantee to receive your return package if you send with GLS. Packages late via other delivery methods will not be picked up at the parcel shop/post office.

In store
You can always come down to one of our stores to exchange for another product. However, you should be aware that we cannot make a direct exchange. This will always mean that we refund the unwanted products and that you then pay for the new desired products.
Via freight
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, you must return the item as described in your order. Next, place a new order online as you did for the first purchase. You can do this immediately and at the same time ensure that the desired product will not be sold out.
We will refund the amount for the returned item as soon as we receive it in the store.
