Right of complaint.
We encourage you to submit a complaint if your product does not meet the product description due to an error at the time of purchase. It will make the process easier if you use the form via this link:

When we receive the complaint, we will assess the case and the product. If we accept the complaint, we will ask you to return the product to one of our stores, or send it to us (we will send you a return label). Next, we will handle the complaint in the following order, as far as possible:
- Repairing the error: We always prefer to repair — if possible — to reduce waste.
- Exchange of the product: We exchange for an identical product, or possibly for a different product if you wish.
- Money back: We refund the purchase price if neither repair nor exchange is possible. Alternatively, we can offer a discount if you want to keep the product despite the fault.
We will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and keep you informed along the way. And you are, of course, always welcome to contact us during the process.
Guarantee.
